“If people realized what a huge, positive impact "getting organized" would have on both their business and personal life,
they would drop everything else and make this "life organization" a number one priority!

Very often we say we don't have time
to do this - yet it is the very thing that will give us that precious commodity we all look for - TIME - the time to do all the
things we need and want to do.

Working with Jessica Felicetti to tackle whatever part of your life and space that needs an overhaul is fun as well as highly productive and time well spent.

You will find, as I did, that the end result of bringing "All Things Organized"
into to your world, creates space
and beauty in your life which gives you the room and surroundings to encourage true creativity in both your professional and personal life.

Professional Organizing Tips for Home and Office from ATO

• To staple or to clip? When filing, staple relevant materials together. Paper clips tend to catch on other papers within a file.

• Closet out of control? Take everything out of your closet to determine what you want to keep or toss. Before you start putting all of your “keep” items back in your closet however, think about placement. Most people naturally gravitate to the right. If that is true with you, put the outfits you wear most often on the right.

• Computer file management—If you find that you have to open each and every document to see what it is, there is a lesson to be learned from your file naming technique. Name files in a consistent manner. If you are filing expense report information, for example, create consistency by always listing the date / city / client last name / client first name. Sorting and retrieval will be much easier.

Getting organized is not the same as staying organized. Tap into how you naturally organize information and build your new systems around that. Are you a visual person or do you like to have everything tucked away? Do you prefer to work in your office or the living room? Now is your opportunity to create a space that works for YOU.

And remember…

• Remove visual clutter. Take down everything and only put up what you absolutely need and/or love. Repeat this process once a month in high traffic areas (refrigerator door, bulletin board over work space, etc.).

• If you live in a home with more than one floor, put a basket with a sturdy handle at the bottom of your stairs. As you find things that should be upstairs, put them in the basket. When you go up the stairs, take the basket with you. After you return those items to their proper home, keep the basket at the top of the stairs and repeat the process. This system will eliminate wasted time running up and down the stairs and will keep clutter to a minimum!
